Fellowship Adventures

Quick glossary:

BREWS - the 2/5 minute workshop badge (needs 50 workshops. lvl 1 shops only need 2 minutes, and all higher level shops take 5 minutes)

CARPS - the 3 hour workshop badge (needs 10 workshops)

FARMS - the 9 hour workshop badge (needs 10 workshops)

SMITHS - the 1 day work shop badge (needs 5 workshops)

BRACELET - badge for collecting a specific amount of T1 goods (planks, marble, or steel). The amount varies depending on your chapter.

NECKS - necklace. the 1 day factory build. Requires 3 factories

STATUES - the 2 day factory build. Requires 2 factories

CC - Combining Catalysts (generated from Moonstone Library Set, Pilgrim's Set, as well as produced in Magic Academy using Relics). 1 staff badge is rewarded for every CC produced.

VV - Vision Vapor (reward for crafting items in the Magic Academy). there is a badge that requires you to collect 9 VV from crafting.

- Arcane Residue. this is the badge that requires 9 VV. one of the recent evolving buildings can increase your VV production if you have enough pet food.

WS - Wonder Society badge. put 10 KP (either free KP or using an Ancient Knowledge) into an Ancient Wonder

CROSSROADS - each path has 2 crossroads. These nodes are worth more points then normal nodes, and also allow you to move sideways across the map (to another color's crossroad) as well as advancing further down that color's path.

Strategies:

- Pre-Loading/Initial Collection:  you earn credit towards a badge when you collect the items/resources, and the game allows you to start producing these resources prior to the start of the FA.  Try to anticipate when an FA will start then get the factories and smiths producing their longer 1 and 2 days builds earlier so they will be ready to collect at start of the FA.

- Pre-loading can also be done with troop production (make sure all queues are full then wait to collect until after the FA starts), Magic Academy (MA, load at least 1 CC and 2 regular enchantments. this way you can collect both a Staff and a Hat when the FA starts), as well as bonus Event buildings that produce coin and T1.

- Keep boosted, upgraded T1 factories.  These will be the main source of Bracelets. Also, they take time and resources to build.

- Keep upgraded shops as well. They take time and resources to build, plus you will need the supplies.

- Next week, it may be wise to save a few rounds of the Spire and Tourney for the FA. Make sure that your tourney provinces are off cooldown and ready to complete at the anticipated FA start time.

- Depending on where you are in the Chapters, sometimes you have extra space when you've sold off some of the Guest Race buildings.  Or you might be able to make extra space by using teleports to pull back buildings you don't need right now.  How aggressively to do this depends on how much a person wants to put into the FA.

The FA is mostly for fun, so don't damage their progress for the sake of the FA. Only sell a building if you really don't want it (or want to upgrade it with a new one in your inventory).

Fellowship Adventures

 From SapphyreRosa

The reasons for doing FA are:
To gain the latest Artifacts needed for the newest Evolving Building we all just gained from the last event, so that if you didn’t get all 9 Artifacts, you have a chance to gain 2 more from FA.

To have fun as a team and work together and help each other out.

DO’s and DON’Ts

DO participate in FA even if it’s only minimal. Any help is better than none at all and you will gain prizes too.

DO squeeze in a Tent City, (Please read section on what’s needed).

DO use and update FA Spreadsheet, if you can? Or Send me an update and I’ll enter it for you. Spreadsheet is helpful so that we can see what is still needed and not waste time on what’s not.

DO stick to the Paths we are working on. We aren’t doing every path… There will be a separate message in mail called “FA PATH’s”, when in doubt or need a reminder, please check there.

DO log in daily and place ONE Badge to insure you get credit each Stage.

DON’T place Badges on Paths we AREN’T doing, unless you really have to and then it’s only ONE Badge.

DON’T use Diamonds to gain anything for FA, it’s never worth it.

DON’T place all your Badges in at once, within reason, try to leave some room for others to place Badges. Especially in Stage 1, we want everyone to have a chance to place on the path(s) we are working on.

Most importantly… DO have fun doing FA.

FA Changes

Inno has made major changes to the FA. Here are changes to badges that seem most important, and please add to this thread if others discover things, and correct me if I have misread something.

The bracelet now reads "any good amount of any tier 1 good." From what I've read about this, this has because a major hold-up because apparently the amount is based on player level. The "good amount" will vary.

The Necklace: 3 of any tier 1 good (24 hours). Apparently we no longer need to make 3 of every tier 1, just 3 of any tier 1. So we can all make the smallest tier 1 instead of cities, as I understand it.

The Statue: 2 of any tier 1 good (48 hours)

Witch's Hat - 2 basic magic spells

Ghost - 3 spire encounters or 3 tourney encounters

Druid - gain 1 combining catalyst spell

Arcane Residue - gain 10 vision vapor

Elemental Marbles - gain 8 relics

Enchanted Tiara - use 3 enchantments

Additionally, there are now 6 different badges in the pit, including statues and some of these new ones.
